there’s a lot of fitspo on my dash from when I was all for the ‘busier people than you are running’ mindset and I’d like less emphasis on this for the minute, as certain fitspo makes me feel really down.

I love making chocolate oatmeal for breakfast. It’s super easy, super quick, and surprisingly healthy. I use instant oatmeal, unsweetened cocoa powder, and 1 tablespoon of bittersweet chocolate chips to add a touch of sweetness.
